How Visiba Triage can work in urgent care

1. Digital entrance

When patients call an urgent care service, voice recognition software identifies those who are appropriate to use Visiba Triage and they are given the option to do so.

2. History taking

If patients opt in, a link is texted to them. They enter a free text description and Visiba Triage then takes a relevant, tailored history to pull out key clinical information.

3. Clinical Decision Support

The patient summary, with images, urgency and diagnoses are sent into the Clinical Assessment Service using their existing patient management platform.

4. Next step

Clinicians decide how best to manage the patient using the information provided and feedback on the case when they close it.
